Founder, Pause Consumption
Meet Allison Benedict, an experienced innovator in the complex cannabis industry and the proud owner of Pause Consumption, a pop-up cannabis consumption lounge traveling the country, with permanent locations coming soon.
With nearly a decade of experience, Allison has established herself as a seasoned professional with a deep passion for cannabis, social justice, sustainability, and a keen eye for business. Allison has spent years building a reputation as a trusted and respected figure in the industry through her dedication to quality, safety, and innovation, which has earned her a loyal community of customers and colleagues alike.
Throughout her career, Allison has leveraged her rigorous, data-driven, project management approach to successfully drive business growth and profitability. One of Allison's proudest accomplishments was the creation and execution of a National Product Roadmap, which delivered 29.4MM of Net Revenue within two quarters. Additionally, she negotiated a 75% savings on 18 exclusive genetics from industry-leading companies, further demonstrating her ability to deliver value and results.
